Inside the updated interior of Flamingo Lane, get comfortable under the vaulted ceilings in the spacious living room. Here, the seating is plush and the TV is large. When you aren't hanging out here, the well-equipped kitchen boasts a peaceful place to play chef, and the home's screened-in patio is an excellent spot to visit, read, and simply enjoy Cape Canaveral's radiant weather. The home's bedrooms are equally inviting with their soft linens, private TVs, and central air. A private washer/dryer, foosball table, and children's games round out Flamingo Lane's interior perks. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
