The first couple of days, the AC did not come on, only the fan. When we were finally too hot, we complained. A very competent repair man was sent over a few hours later, and he made the necessary repairs, and it was wonderful to have enough cool air to be comfortable.
The pots and pans were about 20 years overdue for replacing as the Teflon was all, scratched and burnt off or worn off on the bottoms of each. We asked that four be replaced, and we got one small skillet. even though we sent pictures and when we responded that one small skillet was not enough, we got no response. There were no crab and seafood utensils.
The patio table was warped, and you could not put a glass on it without it spilling. There were no little patio tables that we could put a drink on, but borrowed wine from a kind neighbor.
The patio door was so heavy and hard to open that my wife could not go outside, unless I was there to open it for her.
There was barely enough hot water for one person to shower, and the second person had to wait a while for the water to heat

The location was perfect, however, and parking was excellent as it was underground. We met some very nice people that were staying there also.
