There is a private balcony off of the living area and master bedroom that is a great place to relax, unwind and enjoy the beautiful ocean and beach views. The oceanfront master bedroom features a king sized bed, television and ensuite full-bathroom. The second bedroom features a king-sized bed, television and balcony. The third bedroom features two double beds and a television. The second full-bathroom is centrally located and easily accessible from throughout the condo. There is a second balcony on the bayside of the condo that provides additional outdoor living space and awesome sunsets. Building amenities include an indoor pool, hot tub, beachfront sun deck, multiple elevators, outside showers and onsite parking. Location is close to restaurants, shopping and more. Cancellation Policy
All cancellations shall be in writing. Processing, management and credit card fees are non-refundable. Reservations canceled more than sixty (60) days prior to the check-in date will receive a 100% refund less aforementioned fees. Reservations canceled more than thirty (30) days prior to the check-in date will receive a 50% refund less aforementioned fees. No refunds will be provided for reservations canceled thirty (30) days or less prior to the check-in date. No refunds will be provided if Guest does not take occupancy of the Property. A transfer to another Property at Guest’s request will be treated as a cancellation. Reinstatement of a canceled Reservation is subject to an additional processing fee. The Reservation will be in effect upon receipt of initial required deposit payment and the applicable cancellation policy will apply at that time.

Property is equipped with an electronic lock. Guests can go directly to the property to check-in at their convenience anytime after 3:00pm on their arrival date.
