The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need including stove and oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker for your fresh Kona coffee, blender, all other small appliances, and essentials. The farmer’s market is just around the corner to buy fresh produce and other Hawaiian specialties.

The condo is newly decorated throughout with new plank flooring, new tropical furnishings, a new flat screen TV, new towels and linens, and new bath accessories.

The bed is a queen-size electric bed which will allow you to lower the head of the bed as well as the foot of the bed.

The TV is wall mounted and rotates enabling you to position it for viewing in the living room as well as the bedroom.

Complimentary starter essentials are included such as paper towels, toilet paper, hand soap, dishwasher soap, trash bags, laundry detergent, etc.

Free WIFI and cable are also included.

There is a security elevator for your convenience and laundry facilities are located on the first floor.

You will have assigned parking and have access to the pool and barbecue grill.

If would like to save the rental car charges and not pay high gas prices, you are just a short walk to everything in Kona or I have a private driver who can take you wherever you want to go on the island. Just set up the day and time and I will arrange it, from the airport to Kailua Village and beyond! He is an experienced limo driver and services my guest for tips only. (Hopefully you will be generous!)

Stay active with boating, snorkeling, scuba diving, kayaking, boogie boarding, parasailing, deep sea fishing, hiking, and golfing or just relax and lounge on the lanai, at the pool, or on the beach. Your options are endless in Kona!
