Additional shared living spaces include the designated office, family room, and separate laundry room. The four bedrooms come adorned with high-quality linens, soft beach-themed decorations, and of course, central air-conditioning.

Under the radiant Frankford sunshine, enjoy taking tantalizing dips into the shared pool, or head into town and check out the plethora of popular attractions. Check-out time: 10:00 AM.
All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
There is an electric vehicle charger located in the garage.
There is a $100 replacement fee for any lost/stolen pool fobs.
Streaming is available only with the guest’s accounts. This unit is not equipped with cable.
Delaware regulations require all guests to sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.

Security camera details: There are three cameras located on the property. A doorbell camera located next to the front door, one above the back patio and one above the garage on the left hand side.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
