During the colder months, Northstar California Resort (13 miles) and Squaw Valley Resort (14 miles) offer top-tier skiing and snowboarding. It is also exciting to note that this beautiful home backs up onto forest land, making it a short walk to the Nature Loop Trail and Beaver Pond.

A well-appointed kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances and a large dining table. Ideal for gathering over home-cooked meals or board games. All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
Streaming services available through guests own accounts.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 5 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
