**PLEASE NOTE** There is a detached guest studio down the back hill of the property that starting March 7, 2024 will have a guest staying in it. In order to access it they must walk across the lower patio to reach the stairs that lead to it (this is pointed out in the photos should you want to see). There are no shared spaces and no windows of the guest studio that face the main house so there is still a feeling a privacy.***
