a few mins to hiking trails and Lakes and so much more to view.
You will have a 5 mins walk to Running Springs shops and 20 mins drive to Arrowhead Village.
PS: Please note this is a two-unit property which is very private from each other with its private entrance and parking spot.
The space
Two Bedrooms on the one floor with two queen beds.
You'll feel comfortable and at home living area boasting rustic wood mountain-designed décor and Mountain Views.
Snuggle with your loved ones in two recliners in front of the wood-burning/gas fireplace.
Afterward, treat yourself to the private deck as the stars begin to appear in the night sky.
Guest access
Guests fully use the house with a street-level entry driveway, fireplace, and balconies.

- House amenities include a fully equipped kitchen, large outdoor deck, gas fireplace, flat-screen TV. 2 parking spaces: 2 on the site, and much more.
- Enjoy the pines and Mountain View’s from your outdoor before heading off to enjoy outdoor activities such as hiking, biking, swimming, skiing, and so much more, all located near the property. The home also offers easy access to modern amenities such as shops, restaurants, and events including free concerts.
-We have a Keurig coffee machine, which provides to use pods and regular coffee with ground coffee. We are supplying it for you to enjoy. Of course, you may bring your own coffee if you prefer it.n
-Please do not leave any trash outside overnight.
You may drive to bring your trash at Burrtec company.
They are open Mon-Friday from 8 am-4 pm.
On weekends you may also drop your trash at two locations:
1. Charles Hoffman Elem. School MVTF 2951 Running Springs Road
Running Springs, CA 92341.
2. Rim of the World High School MVTF 27380 Highway 18 Lake Arrowhead, CA 92352.
We will provide you with our account so you can drop it off without any charges.
PS: please note this is a two unit property which are very private from each other with each own private entrance and parking spot. We are asking you to be respectful to neighbors and the other guests privacy.
