The deck overlooking the water includes outdoor seating is the perfect place to enjoy a morning cup of coffee or afternoon cocktail, or you can climb down the spiral staircase and sink your feet into the Wells Beach sand!

**Important Notes: This condo is affiliated with a Homeowners Association and all guests shall be provided with HOA rules and regulations for renting the property. There is a STRICT one-car parking limitation, in your assigned spot. This property is not pet friendly, without exception. Property is child-friendly, however spiral staircase may pose risk to small children & those with physical limitations.
