This home truly has room for your family to spread out and enjoy. The Lake Side property, once one of only a few original cabins on Lake Winter, now revived for todays standards.

The kitchen is fully stocked with appliances; including a gas stove top, electric hot plate, oven, microwave, and dishwasher. The kitchen has a Keurig Duo, hand mixer, blender and more!

Dinning room includes large table with seating for 8. Dishes are stocked and provided for you to cook a family meal.

The living room opens up to allow seating for 8 with sectional couch. A 55" smart TV with Roku that is WIFI ready, and allows you to log into all of your favorite streaming channels/apps. DVD player for rainy days or kids movies of your own. Complimentary WI-FI for guests to use or work.

There is a Laundry room off the entry way with standard size washer and dryer. Please bring your own detergent and dryer sheets.

There is no parking indoor for any kind of vehicles.

Wrap around deck with an outdoor dining table with 6 chairs. A charcoal grill and a firepit area with additional seating to gather around the campfire. During summer months, guests can enjoy complimentary use of our 2 kayaks, 1 canoe, and 1 stand up paddle board on the lake. Hot tub off of the basement patio door. (Open year round) that fits up to 5 adults or kids for guests to enjoy. There is no stairs down to the lake from the yard. However there is a flight of stairs off the back deck of the home to get down to the yard / lake. The basement door does walk out to the yard and is also only 20 feet away from the lake and dock.

This 3 story home has central air and heating through out.
Primary Bedroom - 1 King Bed with attached shared Bathroom. Sitting area with gas fireplace, and attached private balcony.
Second Bedroom - 1 Queen bed
Third Bedroom - 1 Full Bed
Four Bedroom – 1 Twin bunk bed and a queen bed in the same room.
Full Bathroom on upper level, half bath on main level.

NOTE- This home is for family vacations and small friend group get togethers and is in an exclusive neighborhood. It is not to be used as a party home. You must be 25 or older to rent this home. It is only through your responsible actions that we can continue to offer this private home as a rental. Please respect our home and take good care of it.

ITEMS PROVIDED. Landlord shall provide all bedding, full kitchen accessories, hand and dishwasher soap, fire pit, charcoal grill, Starter supply of paper towel and toilet paper.

ITEMS NOT PROVIDED. The Guest shall be responsible for providing the following, but not limited, items: BRING YOUR OWN BATH TOWELS, beach towels, bathroom soap and hair shampoo, laundry detergent and fabric softener (needed only if you plan to wash clothes at the premises), firewood (if you want to have a bonfire and something to light the fire with), charcoal not provided for grill, yard toys (like volleyball, frisbees, soccer ball, softball and bat, football to play catch with), DVD's for a rainy day, and board games. It is also understood that there is not a landline telephone at the premises.

DOG FRIENDLY
We LOVE dogs and we want our guests to enjoy their vacation with the whole family, including the furry members :-) That being said, please be mindful of whether our home is appropriate for your dog. We do charge a 125$ non refundable pet fee per stay.
We may not be the vacation rental for you if your dog:
*Consider barking to be a favorite pastime;
*Chew things other than bones;
*Like to visit the neighbors unsupervised (we do not have a fenced-in yard), and/or;
*Use the house as a bathroom.

Please bring all needed dog items with you, we allow up to two (2) 65 lbs dog. We ask that your dog be supervised when at the cabin and crated when you are not. Also, it should not need to be said (but unfortunately needs to be, as we have had guests leave enough surprises for us), but PLEASE pick up after your dogs!! It is NOT the responsibility of our cleaners. There is a small fenced in area off the side of the home for pets

No life guard on duty, swim at your own risk, no diving off the dock.
About the lake: Winter Lake (Price Flowage) is a 733 acre lake located in Sawyer County. It has a maximum depth of 22 feet. Visitors have access to the lake from public boat landings. Fish include Musky, Panfish, Largemouth Bass, Smallmouth Bass and Walleye.

This house is professionally managed by 1919 Properties LLC. We look forward to welcoming you to The Lakeside in Winter.

IMPORTANT: You can rest easy knowing your space is covered with $3,000 In "All-Risk" Damage Protection. Although rare, accidental damage from guests does happen. Traditionally, this was managed via a security deposit or vacation rental damage insurance purchased by the guest. Both are cumbersome and often have big limitations in protection. With "all-risk" protection, all accidental damage from guests is covered unless it's specifically excluded such as, but not limited to, normal wear and tear, infestation, or prior damage.
Relax and Enjoy your Stay: It's Vacation time, so enjoy it with the peace of mind knowing that if an accident happens and damage occurs, you are protected under Waivo!
USE OF PREMISES. It is understood and agreed by the Parties, that the Tenant shall use the demised premises for the purpose of vacationing only. Landlord does not rent to vacationing students or singles under the age of twenty-five (25), unless they are supervised at all times by an adult or guardian or parent. By renting this property, the Tenant agrees there will be no vacationing students or singles under the age of twenty-five (25) in the premises, unless they are so supervised. Violation of such paragraph, would terminate the tenancy at the time of knowledge, forfeiting any and all security deposit and still require the Tenant to pay for the full term of the occupancy, without recourse.

FIREWORKS: It is hereby understood and agreed by all parties that no fireworks may be set off at any time, in the premises or on the grounds. Violation of this provision will be subject to a $500 fine per occurrence plus the Tenant will be responsible for any and all damages to the property and to the property of any neighbors. Again, there are absolutely NO fireworks allowed to be discharged on premises.

MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY. It is hereby agreed and understood by all parties, that the maximum number of guests on-site is limited to the maximum occupancy listed in the description above. In the event, a Tenant is determined that more than the max occupancy of guests are on-site, other than visiting, this may be grounds for immediate eviction and all advance payments will be forfeited.

CAMPERS OR TENTS: No campers or tents are allowed on-premises.

CHECK OUT TIME: is 10:00 AM. If no prior arrangements have been made for a late checkout, you may be charged up to $150 per hour to cover the extra time housekeeping must wait.

FALSIFIED RESERVATIONS. It is understood and agreed by the parties, that any reservation obtained under false pretenses will be grounds for immediate eviction and all advance payments will be forfeited.

INDEMNIFICATION. It is hereby understood and agreed that 1919 Properties, LLC, Property Owners and its employees, agents, or principals and assigns, shall not be liable for any and all damage or injury to or of the Tenant, Tenant's family, guests, invitees, agents or employees or other persons entering the premises and Tenant hereby agrees to indemnify, defend and hold 1919 Properties LLC and Property Owners harmless for any and all claims or assertions of any kind or nature as a result of injuries which may occur on the premises. This indemnification includes, but is not limited to, any damage or injury which may be incurred by Tenant, Tenant's family, guests, invitees, agents or employees or to any other person for damages or injuries which may arise from any contact, act, inaction, interaction from any and all animals, domestic or wild, which such damage or injury occurs on the premises.

Waterfront / Hot Tub: Warning! No lifeguard on duty, swim at your own risk.

EMERGENCY ACCESS. It is understood and agreed that the Landlord shall have access to the premises at all times for emergency purposes. If it is a non-emergency, Landlord shall be required to provide Tenant with a twenty-four (24) hour notice, which may be verbal and/or written. Tenant agrees to not unreasonably withhold access to the premises.
