The space
Manchaca Manor is a fully-furnished 5 bedroom, three full bathroom house with pool. 3,169 square of home on a 1 acre lot in the southeast point of Austin in a place called Manchaca. There is a cave, walking trails, pool, gazebo, fire pits, enough parking for at least 7 cars, 2 dining rooms, 2 living rooms, 2 patios dedicated WFH space, a garden if you have a green thumb.
The minimum stay is 3 nights, we have two specials for minimum 6 nights (a 20% discount is applied at checkout) and this house can be rented on a monthly basis and long term (20% discount), all bills paid through VRBOs monthly payment schedule - including pool service and grounds keeping. If you have school age children, this house is zoned to A rated schools in the Hays county school district with school bus pick up and drop off right in front of the house.

This house is also fantastic for team corporate housing, wellness retreats, research teams, groups attending ACL/SXSW / AFROTECH or a relaxing vacation.
