The definition of the word Zen is a state of calm attentiveness which is what you’ll feel at 307B Villa Capriani- “Ocean Zen”. This 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo offers a lovely, secluded space to renew and reconnect with the resort amenities you will be looking for. 

The oceanfront Villa Capriani is located on beautiful and family-friendly North Topsail Beach, Topsail Island. Offering her guests 3 pools: 1 larger and 2 smaller, one of which has a waterfall, 2 community hot tubs that (weather permitting) are open year-round, and a smaller wading pool for the little ones the Villa Capriani never ceases to impress.  Located in the lobby is a favorite restaurant of vacationers and locals alike: Splash by the Sea.

Ocean Zen is a well-appointed 2 bedroom, 2 bath property. Stepping into the condo you are welcomed by various tranquil hues of blue and grey. The living room is inviting with a comfy club chair, couch with chaise, and smart TV. You have access to your own private balcony with Ocean and courtyard views. The well-equipped kitchen is perfect for grabbing a quick bite on the go or making a gourmet dinner with the fresh fish you caught (or purchased). The dining room table seats 4 and the nearby kitchen bar will seat 3 more. To help keep sand to a minimum there is a front loader, and a stacked washer/ dryer.

The larger bedroom has 2 queen beds, a mini kitchen area with microwave and dorm-room size refrigerator, an inviting chair, couch, smart TV, and an ensuite bathroom with step-in shower. The second bedroom also has a queen-size bed and smart TV. There is a full bathroom with a bathtub/ shower off the hallway.

If you have any fishermen (or ladies) in your group you are 1 mile away from The Seaview Pier and its bait shop and restaurant which serves incredible breakfast, lunch, dinner, and ice cream, and will even clean and cook your fresh catch from the fishing pier. The closest grocery store (Food Lion) is a quick 8-minute drive over the bridge. If you find you have a rainy day, it is only a 15-to-20-minute drive to various Island shops and restaurants.

Enhanced Cleaning: We follow the CDC cleaning guidelines to ensure that all high touch areas have been wiped down and disinfected.

Guest Access: Keyless entry or Lockbox. Our properties are individually owned. Our guests will have use of the entire property.

A Valid Government Photo ID will be required for every reservation. A signed rental agreeent is required for every reservation.

Topsail Island is a 28-mile-long barrier island made up of marshes, estuaries, dunes, and shoreline.  Sandwiched between the Atlantic Ocean and the Intercoastal Waterway, Tops’l as the locals call it is home to several fishing piers including the Seaview Fishing Pier; 875 feet of planks were used to construct this pier which is the longest pier on the North Carolina coast. Privately owned shops, restaurants and attractions abound on Topsail as well as the neighboring mainland towns. Learn the history of Topsail at the Missiles and More Museum and understand how to be a good steward to the sea at the Touch Tank Aquarium in Surf City and the Karen Beasley Sea Turtle Rescue & Rehabilitation Center. Laid back and family friendly. Topsail Island is everything you could ask for in an Island get away.
