The complex is conveniently located near the bike path in the summer and is within walking distance of the River Run ski lifts on Bald Mountain. The free Mountain Rides shuttle stops half a block from the complex to reach the River Run lifts or access the cities of Ketchum and Sun Valley for your shopping and dining needs. The Complex offers a common area hot tub and outdoor parking for up to two cars only. One lot is heated and the other is plowed regularly in the winter.
