Outstanding , remodeled beachside retreat! Interior laundry, smart TV’s with high speed WIFI and brand new linens. It’s a 5 min walk to beach, 1 hour and 15 minutes to Orlando International Airport, 7 min drive to International Speedway, and only a couple minutes to the Daytona convention center , Fishing Pier, Bandshell, etc. We are approx 1.25 hr drive to Orlando’s Theme Parks & 1 hr to St Augustine. Private Pool, outdoor shower for sandy return home. Great location to relax, work and play!
The space
This home is all one level, newly renovated with two bedrooms and one bathroom. Our home also has room for your whole family with our fold out couch in the living room. Your two families or multiple guests will be happy here.

Get the best of both worlds with the beach only a short walk away or a quick drive to all of the many amenities Daytona Beach has to offer !!!

Room #1

Master Room

Luxurious, yet cozy with a King size bed with all new linens to relax, watch t.v , or feel at home away from home . Charging stations on lamps placed on both nightstands. California style closet to accommodate all personal items , making your stay as comfortable as it can possibly get .

Room # 2

Guest Room

Twin over full bunkbed , for both children or adults . Room also has smart tv and both nightstands and lamp include charging stations. This room also includes a California style closet with plenty of space to accommodate your belongings and where you will find popular board games and card games to enjoy a cozy night with your loved ones after a fun day at the beach or private pool.

Room # 3 / Living Room

This room is inviting and will make you feel at home right away . It includes a 65” smart tv with a sofa bed ( memory foam mattress topper for added comfort ) , and a small closet for additional belongings or for guests using that space of the house . In living room, you will also find a convenient dedicated workspace which can also be used as a vanity and serve different functions .


Bathroom

Bran New bathroom with spacious shower area and amazing shower system. We include all necessary towels , shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel. Just bring your personal items and enjoy our home .

Dining Areas & Accommodations

We have a 4 guests dining room table overlooking pool ( if wanted) and a spacious kitchen counter with 4 more stools to eat comfortably or hang out during entertainment time .

Storage

Our home offers plenty of storage with custom made closets in each room plus two small closets in living room area. We also have a one car garage, in which we keep full size washer & dryer, which can also be used to store personal items if needed .

Patio Area

We have a beautiful private in ground pool and an outdoor shower. Want to eat outside ? Feel free to do so . We have an outdoor table for 4 with an umbrella which comes in very handy when enjoying an outdoor breakfast under the Sun . Additional seating is available around the pool area. Pool and beach towels are also provided, so that our guests have less to pack . All we want from our guests is to relax and enjoy our home.

Kitchen

Last but not least , this is the most beautiful part of our happy place . We believe the kitchen is the heart of the home and it brings us all together. This luxurious custom made kitchen is fully equipped with new appliances , comfort , and all new supplies. We make sure to include basic spices, oil, vinegar, amongst other items to make it all easier for our guests .Wake up to a beautiful sunrise and indulge yourself with our already included warm cup of coffee, or a cup of tea , while getting ready to start your day in Beautiful Daytona Beach also known as World’s Most Famous Beach !
