You will be located four miles from Evans, seven miles from Grovetown, 11 miles from Fort Eisenhower (formerly known as Fort Gordon), and 15 miles from downtown Augusta. Other great local attractions include Blanchard Woods Park, Blanchard Park, Lady A Pavilion, and Augusta National Golf Club.

Upon entering this family-friendly home away from home, you will discover a welcoming open floor plan that seamlessly combines the living room, dining area, and kitchen - perfect for entertaining! The living room invites you to spread out comfortably on the C-shaped sofa as you stream your favorite movies and shows on the smart TV. The gas fireplace in the corner is a wonderful addition for wintertime visitors. When mealtime comes, surprise your loved ones with their favorite recipes. The home boasts a well-appointed kitchen with all stainless steel appliances and everything you could need to prepare culinary masterpieces.

The upper level houses two bedrooms and a comfortable common space that can be used as a sleeping area. The primary bedroom has a smart TV and a spacious en suite bathroom with a soaking tub and a shower with a built-in bench. The second bedroom also has a smart TV. Additional perks include an extensive enclosed backyard, a washer/dryer, and a desk with a monitor.

Prior to your arrival, you will receive local host contact information, who will manage your guest reservation. Your local host will provide in-stay support, secure entry, and arrange pre- and post-stay housekeeping services.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
