Guest Access:
● Access code will be sent out once the rental agreement is signed. The rental agreement will be sent to you once the reservation is accepted. Your booking is only confirmed once it is signed. Kindly complete it within 24 hours to secure your reservation. If not signed within the deadline, your booking will be cancelled with no refund.

● 6 fobs are provided for amenity access (Guests under 6 years of age do not need a fob)
● Additional amenity fobs can be requested for $25 each. Simply message us during the registration process and we will arrange this for you. Alternatively, amenity wristbands can be purchased at the Member Services Office for $20 a day per person. (Office hours are Monday, Wednesday-Saturday 9 am-4 pm)
● Parking for 6 vehicles


● Early check in and late check out may be accommodated with a $50 fee each. Please contact us to see if we can accommodate your request.
● Late check out without our approval will be subject to a penalty of up to $500

Getting Around:
You will need a car to travel to and from the house. Once inside the community, you can walk or bike.

We strongly recommend that you travel in an AWD/4WD vehicle as we are located in the mountains and roads tend to be sloped and can get very icy.

Other Things to Note:
Guests are REQUIRED to register with Saw Creek Estates at least 48 hours prior to check-in.

● Additional $25 FEE for late registrations or last minute bookings made less than 2 days prior to check-in

Dog fee is $100 per dog. Please let us know how many dogs you will be bringing so we can request the appropriate fees.

Wander Home requires that all guests have their profile 100% verified. Please upload government issued ID and payment method in your account settings, as well as sending us a photo of your ID.

For non-Airbnb reservations ONLY, any eligible refunds are subject to a 6% processing fee & adding the damage waiver fee ($40) is mandatory. This fee will be added to the reservation once confirmed.

NOTE: We provide enough essential items to cover stays of about 2-3 nights. If you need more supplies during your stay, you can visit one of the following nearby stores: CVS, Wawa, Rite Aid or Super Foodtown.

When drought, weather or other conditions present an unusual fire risk, a burn ban may be imposed by the community without prior notice.

Interaction with Guests:
We are here for you during your stay, but our level of interaction is up to you. We are only a phone call or message away. You and your party will be able to self check-in upon arrival.

Please remember that you are staying in a house, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on-site 24/7.
