Make yourself at home with the 3 outdoor decks, a screened-in porch, a fully-stocked kitchen for cooking, a BBQ pit for grilling, and 2 living rooms for kicking your feet up!

Across the street, you’ll have access to the Bailey Bluff swimming pool and lounge area – a great place to cool off after a day in the Louisiana sun (You’ll need a key or the code.)

Walk down to the gazebo and enjoy the view! Take a few fishing poles with you if you’d like. Just be ready for the hike back up the hill – it’s a doozie!
Boating is just a short drive away. Whether you’re looking to catch some fish or just enjoy time on the water, head down to the Cypress Bend Park boat launch and set sail.
Load up the clubs and head over to Cypress Bend for a fantastic round or two of golf with some world-class views.
Villa 6 will be clean and in working condition. No compensations will be given for non-working items outside the owner’s control, including but not limited to power outages, TV outages, internet outages etc. For items inside the owner’s control, the owners will make every attempt to rectify problems that may occur while you are in the home. It is the renter’s responsibility to notify the owner immediately if there are any problems. No refunds or any other compensation will be given for the problems that the owner is able to rectify within a reasonable time frame.
Villa 6 is privately owned; the owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities.
The owners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premises.
By your confirmation, guests booking Villa 6 are hereby agreeing to all terms and conditions of this agreement.
