Marquette is a short 40 minute drive east and 68 miles to Houghton (Gateway to Copper Harbor) Both have unique shops and restaurants within striking distance of Lake Superior's Shore. We are located in Three Lakes, MI where Lakes Ruth, Beaufort and George connect. You can kayak and fish these linked waterways. This is a suite with 2 double beds a kitchenette and dining area that is part of a 4-unit “court style drive-up motel from days gone by”. The resort includes several other cabins along with this 4-unit motel. The property is 2 full acres and features lots of green space as well as 200 feet of waterfront on Ruth Lake. Along with your private suite with kitchenette and full bath, there is shared outdoor space: the lakefront is available for your use with 200 feet to enjoy. There is a patio by the water; bring your favorite lawn chair from home to relax by the shore. We do have a sandy beach and it is a beautiful swimming lake. We have a very nice lawn leading to the water with a bench to relax on and a fire pit for evening marshmallow roasts. The wireless internet may not support gaming or high volumes of internet access. We love our pets as we know you do. We do allow certain breeds of pets with pre-approval and a one time pet fee, not a nightly fee. This will need to be discussed and agreed upon and the fee will need to be added to your booking. No Life Guard on duty, swim at your own risk! SAUNA AT YOUR OWN RISK! - Children 16 and younger MUST be accompanied by an adult in the sauna at all times! - Pregnant women and persons suffering from heart disease, diabetes, high or low blood pressure, circulatory or respiratory problems, seizures or epilepsy, or any other health conditions should not enter the sauna without prior medical consultation. - Do not use the sauna while under the influence of any type of alcohol, drugs, anticoagulants, antihistamines, vasoconstrictor, vasodilators, stimulants, hypnotics, narcotics or tranquilizers. - Clean swim attire must be worn at all times while in the sauna! - Prolonged use of sauna not recommended. - Do not smoke, exercise, eat or drink beverages in the sauna room. - Leave the sauna immediately if you experience any nausea, dizziness, hot flashes, cold chills, headaches or other discomfort. - Drink plenty of fluids before and after leaving the sauna! - BECAREFUL NOT TO TOUCH THE STOVE!!
