In addition to this living area there is also a media room with flat screen television and another comfortable sectional. The primary bedroom suite has a king bed, large couch, flat screen television, deck and attached bathroom with soaking tub and shower. The next bedroom is a queen bed, deck, flat screen television and attached bathroom with shower. The bunk room has two bunk beds with full on the bottom and twins on the top attached bathroom with shower. The third bedroom has two queen beds, a flat screen television, shared deck and attached bathroom with shower. The fourth bedroom has a king bed, flat screen television, shared deck and attached bathroom with shower. Two additional bedrooms in the guest home with a queen and two twins. The guest home is only available May through November.
The lower level of the home has a huge, heated swimming pool perfect for a refreshing swim on hot summer days. Entertain with the outdoor kitchen, sectional seating, hot tub, pool table, ping pong, dining table and amazing dock. Boat, fish, kayak, swim, look for shells on the beach. Take advantage of the nearby attractions, with fantastic restaurants just a short distance away. Enjoy the natural beauty of the surrounding area, including J.N. "Ding" Darling National Wildlife Refuge, Turner Beach, and Blind Pass Beach Park, all within a 15-minute drive.

Guest home is included in rental until Christmas week then only the main house will be rented.
Owners use guesthouse on the property from December to April, and will share the dock. The pool is private and only used by the main house guests.
This property is also home to the only pair of nesting bald Eagles on Captiva Island (during nesting season, the nest is monitored by the SCCF). Enjoy a coffee or cocktail and watch the dolphins and manatees play from one of the many second-floor screened lanais.
