The Space:
This cozy 2-bedroom home is situated between the towns of Breckenridge and Frisco, placing you right in the middle of endless outdoor adventures. Located on the third floor of the building with elevator access. Soak in your beautiful surroundings from the spacious private deck, or enjoy the shared amenities, which include a fitness room with a dry sauna. Whatever adventure you are after, this home is the ideal launching pad for year-round fun in Breckenridge!

As you enter the home, you will find a tiled entryway with the kitchen to the right and the stairs to the upper floor to the left. Step into the well-equipped kitchen where you will find lovely granite countertops, a range of cookwares including a blender and crockpot, and a kitchen bar that overlooks the living room. On the other side of the kitchen bar is the dining area, where a glass round table with seating for 4 provides an ideal spot to enjoy meals with your group or some rounds of cards. On the other side of the kitchen/dining area is the bright and cozy living room, an inviting haven perfect for kicking back and relaxing. Outfitted with plush carpeting, a cozy fireplace, and ample natural light, your group will love hanging out in this space while you watch a movie or take in the views. The living room features a comfortable chair, a 3-person couch, a 45” TV, and a few lamps situated around the room creating a warm ambiance. The living room can be used as an extra sleeping space, with the couch doubling as a pull-out bed. From the living room, you can step out to the deck, a peaceful outdoor oasis to enjoy during your stay. The deck includes an outdoor dining table and chairs, and a BBQ, so you can enjoy meals al fresco and late-night chats under the stars in the summer months. And in the wintertime, step outside to take in the winter wonderland scenery that surrounds the home!

Conveniently located off the main living space is a full bathroom for shared use. The bathroom provides all you need to freshen up or get ready for your day with a spacious single-sink vanity and a bathtub/shower combo.

When you are ready to settle in for the night, you will find the first bedroom on the main floor, tucked just off of the living room. This charming and bright bedroom is outfitted with a queen-size bed, matching nightstands with lamps, a bookshelf, and an 18” TV. A spacious closet and large dresser offer ample storage space so you can unpack your luggage and settle in for your stay. This bedroom includes access to the patio, so you can wake up and step outside to start your day off with the gorgeous views! The second bedroom is the master bedroom, situated upstairs, offering added privacy for a peaceful retreat. The only room on the upper floor, the bedroom is a quiet oasis with everything you need for a comfortable stay including a king-size bed, a plush reading chair, and an attached bathroom. Comfortably located on either side of the bed is a nightstand with a lamp so you can store your smaller items while you rest. A large dresser and spacious closet offer plenty of room to unpack your luggage, and the attached bathroom is the perfect spot to freshen up before bed. In the master bathroom, you will find a double-sink vanity, a soaking tub, and a step-in shower, offering a spa-like space to freshen up in. Across the hallway from the master bedroom is a laundry closet with a full-size washer and dryer, making it easy to keep up with any laundry needs during your stay.

Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entire home, a private ski locker, and a shared exercise room with a dry sauna. Guests will also have access to one parking space in the shared parking lot.

This charming condo is located in a peaceful area with mountain views and a shuttle running nearby that will take you into downtown Breckenridge. This location places you in a great starting point for nearby hiking, biking, and walking trails with several trails just a five-minute drive away such as Gold Hill, Colorado Trail, and Blair Witch Trailheads. Located a 3-minute drive from Breckenridge Golf Course and Gold Run Nordic Center, you can be working on your golf swing or getting onto the gondola in mere minutes. A short 10-minute drive will take you to Main Street in Breckenridge, where you can access the BreckConnect Gondola and find a range of entertainment and dining options. Some of the area's best ski slopes, such as Breckenridge Ski Resort and Keystone Resort, are within a 15-minute drive away, providing access to year-round outdoor fun. Or, enjoy a day trip exploring the charming neighboring communities of Dillon, Frisco, and Silverthorne, you can find yourself at Dillon Reservoir in 15 minutes, where you can check out the marina or take in a concert at Dillon Amphitheater.

The nearest bus stop option to the home is the Loge bus stop, just a 3-minute walk from the home, connecting you to several routes that will take you all over Breckenridge and the surrounding communities. Breckenridge historic district and the beautiful town of Frisco are within a 10-minute drive from this stunning home. You will have multiple parking access locations in downtown Breck, with one of the bigger lots at the BreckConnect Gondola - a gateway to endless skiing options. • 50% of payment is due upfront and the rest of the payment is due (14) days before arrival.

• The credit card holder must provide a picture of the back and front of their ID via a secure and encrypted portal upon confirmation for fraud protection.
