All Summit Vacations Breckenridge properties come stocked with a basic starter package of paper towels, toilet paper, facial tissue, hand/body soap, conditioning shampoo, dish soap, sponge and dishwasher detergent, guests may purchase additional products locally. Each home is equipped with high-end bed linens and towels. The kitchen is stocked with a coffee maker, cookware, bake ware, dishes, glasses, utensils, and small appliances.

All of our properties offer FREE Wi-Fi.

PARKING:
Two assigned parking spots. One parking spot limited in size; compact vehicle only.

Parking in Breckenridge is strictly enforced. To avoid towing or a ticket adhere to posted signs and parking allocations at all times. If you need additional parking for more cars, paid overnight parking is provided by the Town of Breckenridge in two areas of town, 1) south of town at the Stephen West Ice Arena and 2) north of town (also accepts RVs and trailers) at the Airport Road satellite parking lot.

Premium location in the heart of Breckenridge, easy walking distance from downtown, shopping, and restaurants. A short walk (800 feet) and easy access to Peak 9's six-pack Quick Silver Chair. This home is on the first floor.

The free shuttle and Town Trolley are located in front of the Village at Breckenridge.

Access to the Columbine Recreation Center with a communal pool and hot tub. An outdoor swimming pool and four hot tubs (2 inside and 2 outside) are in the Columbine Recreational Center located about 50 yards from the building.

The living area is roomy with a gas fireplace and large LCD television. The condo is fully stocked with necessary cooking and dining utensils and linens.

There is a king-size bed in the master bedroom. Two Queens in 2nd bedroom. Twin Bunks in 3rd bedroom.

Stackable washer & dryer in unit. (Queen bedroom wardrobe)

WINTER HIGHLIGHTS:
Walk 800 feet to the Quick Silver Chairlift. At the end of your ski day, you can relax in the Columbine heated outdoor pool or hot tubs, within 60 feet of the condo. Walk 2 blocks to downtown Breckenridge's many restaurants and shops. Enjoy Breckenridge's annual Snow Sculpture contest the last week of January. Next to the Snow Sculptures is the Ice Castle, which stays open till late March. Ride through the streets of Breckenridge in a mountain sleigh, drawn by a team of Belgian or Percheron draft horses. Enjoy April's month-long festival of concerts and activities in Breckenridge.

SUMMER HIGHLIGHTS:
You can walk 700 feet to the bridge that crosses the Blue River and onto numerous hiking and biking trails up, over, and along the peaks of the Ten Mile Range. You can also mountain bike or ride a "comfort" bike on the 9-mile paved path alongside the Blue River. Enjoy the Columbine heated outdoor pool and hot tub complex, within 60 feet of the condo. Walk 2 blocks to downtown Breckenridge's many restaurants and shops. Enjoy the 4th of July parade, river rafting on the mellow Blue River, and the National Repertory Orchestra concerts. You can also enjoy Breckenridge's Fun Park on Peak 8, featuring an alpine slide, two-person roller coaster, miniature golf, climbing wall, fun maze and pony rides for kids. Horse and pony rides up the mountain are also available at the Breckenridge Stables on Peak 9.
