You will have full private access to the entire house and you will access the house via smart lock system using a secure pin code that will be sent prior to your arrival via text and email.

We offer contactless check-in. However, we will be available by e-mail or text during your stay. Additionally, we offer in-person support/maintenance when needed.

We enforce a strict no-parties/noise violation policy to all its residents. Any and all noise must be kept to a minimum each night beginning at 10:00 PM. If you throw a party, trash the space, damage the space, disrespect the property, or have a gathering with extra guests that are not reported in your initial booking, you are breaking the rules and will be fined $500 and evicted from the property immediately.

Guests receive a “starter pack” of laundry detergent, dishwashing detergent, one trash bag per trash can.
OCCUPANCY LIMITS: This is a 4-bedroom single family home. Occupancy is limited to 8 guests (i.e., two guests in each bedroom) Babies under the age of two are not included in this count. 2. If you smoke you must go outside in on the back deck. If evidence of smoking/vaping is found in the unit after checkout, an additional $500 deep cleaning fee will be charged. 5. DO NOT leave the front door unlocked or open at any time. You are responsible for the property during the time of your reservation. 6. LATE CHECKOUTS: Checkout time is 10:00 AM. On occasions we may be able to accommodate an early check-in or late check-out, but this requires written email permission from us and can usually only be confirmed on the day of arrival / departure.
