Under the warm Florida sun, explore the area's numerous outdoor recreation hotspots such as Apollo Beach Nature Preserve and Little Manatee River State Park, or board a fishing charter with Instinct Fishing Co. A variety of golf clubs, restaurants, and shops are also available for your exploration.

Back inside Norm's River House, the comfortable interior showcases fun mementos and unique decorations - like the kitchen's fishing pole ceiling. When you aren't whipping up delicious dishes in this space, head for the cozy living room complete with a soft sofa and large TV.

The home's bedrooms are equally serene with perks like soft linens and ceiling fans. There is even a work desk available in the home, great for creative projects! A private washer/dryer and central air-conditioning round out the interior perks.

Outside, prepare your catch of the day on the grill while the furry members of your family stretch their legs. As the stars begin to fill the night sky, gather around the firepit and end another day in vacation with a s'more in hand and your favorite people by your side.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
