AGE RESTRICTIONS: All guests in a non-family group must be at least 25 years old.
TOWELS-bath towels are provided, but please bring your own pool/beach towels
OUTDOOR POOL/BUILDING AMENITIES: Are open seasonally and is open subject to management of Belmont Towers. Sonny Stays is not responsible for unexpected closings, but will communicate any information as soon as its received.
NON ESSENTIAL REPAIRS: Will be made as soon as possible when communicated to Sonny Stays and aim to repair same day. However, this cannot always be guaranteed given the day/time and nature of the repair. In the unlikelihood event of an emergency situation, we will remedy the situation as soon as possible.
PET RESTRICTIONS: Sorry, no pets allowed for renters per building policy.
--GUESTS WITH PROFILES LOWER THAN A 4.5 RATING will not be allowed to instantly book the property. If for whatever reason the reservation confirms the system, the reservation might be cancelled. For guests with new profiles without reviews, these requests will be reviewed manually and will be subject to screening and questioning before a reservation may be confirmed. Refundable Damage deposits may also be required in these instances.
-IDENTIFY AND CRIMINAL BACKGROUND CHECK--By booking this reservation, I give permission to the property manager to use a third party to verify my identity and check criminal databases to confirm my reservation. Complete terms regarding the guest verification can be provided by the property manager. You may receive an email to complete your screening. Please check your spam folder for this email and contact the property manager if you have any questions. If the system returns a possible identify fraud or doesn't pass the criminal background or bad guess data base, your reservation might be cancelled.
**THIS STEP MUST BE COMPLETED BEFORE THE RESERVATION BEGINS**
-RING DOORBELL/EXTERIOR CAMERA: A Ring doorbell that is capable of monitoring entry/exit to the unit is present. This is for security purposes only and it will not be actively monitored. There is NO CAMERAS INSIDE the unit.
-RENTAL AGREEMENT REQUIRED: --will be provided after booking reservation. Must be signed before receiving unit access code.
--UNIT ACCESS IN CASE OF EMERGENCY: Belmont Towers Management, engineers, or Sonny Stays LLC reserve the right to access the unit if there is an emergency repair that must be made. This would only occur if absolutely necessary, and as much notice as possible will be given.
NO REFUNDS issued due to weather conditions outside of the standard cancellation policy. Please consider purchasing travelers insurance if this is a concern. In addition, no refunds are given in the unlikely event of a power outage, however we will make every effort to help you through this situation should it arise.
-Please note given the exposure of the unit, it can get slightly warm in the afternoon in the living room and on the balconies.
--While the unit has a capacity for up to 10, the ideal capacity is 6-8 people. There are 6 dining room spots, 2 island spots.
-BUNKBEDS: The lower level bunkbeds may not be suitable for medium to tall adults due to the space between the 2 beds.
-PROXIMITY TO BOARDWALK: This Unit is directly on the boardwalk and in downtown ocean city. The location of this unit is typically shielded from noise, however this cannot be guaranteed based on the downtown location of this building
DAMAGE PROTECTION: Please note included in the price is a damage waiver of responsibility. More details will be provided in the rental agreement, but please feel free to reach out with any questions beforehand
BUNK BEDROOM TV: Please note the smart-stick in the bunk bed room is currently out of order and we are awaiting replacement, expected to arrive end of April. Please feel free to bring your own smart-stick if 3rd TV is needed. All other TV's are operational.
--ONE NIGHT STAYS: may occasionally be offered depending calendar availability. Prices may be higher and one night stays will be subject to further screening before confirming.
