The Space:
This lovely updated cabin is situated on top of the Main Office, overlooking Fall River Road.
To access the cabin, you will go up stone steps and end up on the spacious wrap-around porch. This porch is the perfect place to relax with a cup of coffee in the morning or a cold drink in the evenings.
Step inside the newly renovated cabin and you are in the bright, comfy living room. Past the living room is the kitchen and the dining room.
The living room features a comfy sofa and a chair as well as a brand-new 65" HD TV equipped with Roku so you can stream your favorite shows.
The kitchen has all brand new stainless-steel appliances including a stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher and refrigerator. The kitchen is stocked with utensils, cookware and dishes so you can create a yummy meal while you are staying at the cabin.
The dining room has a round table with seating for four in front of a large window and an opening to the kitchen so you can serve your meal with ease.
Into the bedroom you will find a large, wooden King bed with a comfortable Memory Foam mattress, a second HD TV, a chair and lamp for a reading nook and the full bathroom. The bathroom has a tub or shower so you can choose a relaxing soak or a quick rinse.
The bedroom has a huge walk-in closet complete with a stackable washer and dryer so you can wash your laundry after a long day of hiking and exploring.
This is the only cabin in this area and the large wrap-around porch is exclusively for your use.
There is a parking spot to the right of the Main Office that is also just for your use.

*Do not leave pets unattended in the cabin without a kennel or crate!

Guest Access:
Guests can access the entire cabin as well as our playground and communal spaces on the resort property. The Main Office is currently under construction.

The Neighborhood:
Fall River Road has access to Rocky Mountain National Park's north entrance and is lined on each side of the street with cabins and resorts. Even so, this area is in the remote Rocky Mountains and feels very secluded. We often have wild animals such as bear and elk on our property.

Getting Around:
The easiest way to get around is by car. You do not need four wheel drive to access the property. There is free parking near the cabin. We are only minutes from one of the entrances to Rocky Mountain National Park.
The roads in Amberwood are paved and may be slick when it is icy or snowy. We do our best to keep them clear for you!

Other Things to Note:
We are in the wilderness of Colorado. There are bears, elk, deer, sheep and numerous other wild animals that also call the mountains home. Respect their space and do not keep any trash or food outside unattended. We have an animal proof dumpster on our property for any trash.
Do not feed the wildlife! It is illegal to feed any wildlife in Colorado and you could get a fine. This includes deer, elk, birds, bears and rodents! Thank you!

DO NOT LEAVE PETS UNATTENDED IN THE CABIN!!!!
