The kitchen, dining area and family room are on the second level. The kitchen is fully stocked with all appliances and amenities, including a dishwasher, refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, and coffee machine. The dining area next to the kitchen has a large wood dining table with seating for 6, and additional seating for 3 at the kitchen breakfast bar.
Enjoy cooking at home on the private propane BBQ, located on the deck off of the family room. The family room is furnished with two comfortable couches for lounging, and a wood burning fireplace, flat screen TV and DVD player.

The Master bedroom features a California King bed, perfect for relaxing after a long day on the slopes, as well as a TV with DVD player and a full, master bath ensuite. Just about a mile out, you'll begin to access Mammoth's restaurants, shopping, movie theater, bowling alley, and it's just about 2 miles to the world-renowned Mammoth Mountain Ski Lifts. For warm weather activities, travel less than 5 miles to Mammoth's Lakes basin, including Lake Mary, Horseshoe Lake, and Twin Lakes. Whatever the outing, all of it is within easy reach with only a short walk to the complimentary, town shuttle stop.
