Plan your getaway today! This cozy, beach-themed, 3 bedroom/2 bath cottage is located in the Southside section of the award-winning Ocean Lakes community, on a quiet street. The house has a wonderful covered porch perfect for morning coffee, lazy afternoons, family dinners and quiet evenings.

The well-equipped kitchen has: keurig-style coffee maker, crock pot, blender , dishwasher and all the utensils and pots/pans you might need. There is a gas grill for your outdoor cooking needs.

Items to Note:

This rental does not include a golf cart. Carts are available for rent onsite through Ocean Lakes Golf Cars.

Ocean Lakes charges $12.00 per day, per vehicle, for passes purchased 10+ days in advance of your arrival. Passes purchased less than 10 days in advance are $15.00 per day. This is payable directly to Ocean Lakes and not included in your payment for the rental. Instructions on completing this process will be emailed to you prior to your arrival.

There is parking for 2 vehicles at this site. All other vehicles will need to be parked in the onsite overflow lot (daily fee still applies).

All renters are required to purchase a Security Deposit Waiver in lieu of a refundable damage deposit.

Access information will be emailed at 3:45 PM on arrival date.

Once your booking request is approved, you will receive an email with instructions for paying your deposit to hold the reservation. The payment link is only active for 24 hours. Your reservation is not confirmed until the deposit payment is received.

House Rules:

Must be 25+ to rent and present for the entire stay

No house parties

Maximum occupancy is 7

No smoking/vaping indoors

Dogs 20 lbs or less are able to join in the family fun for an additional fee.

Fireworks are prohibited within Ocean Lakes Family Campground
