This single-level retreat boasts a well-equipped, full kitchen, a rustic dining table and chairs for mealtimes or family games, and a very inviting and sunlit living area with a plush sectional and a smart TV for streaming all your favorite channels. Switch on the gas fireplace, spin some vinyl on the record player, and settle in for a perfect evening at home.

Additional features and amenities include a washer/dryer, central air-conditioning, and a gas grill to help you spice up that home-cooked menu.

All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
Pool heat is available for an additional fee of $55/night.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
