Keep noise levels down between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM. 3. No Parties or Events: This is a peaceful space. Gatherings that may disturb neighbors are not allowed. 4. Guest Limit: The reservation is for a specific number of guests. Additional visitors are not permitted without prior approval. 5. Respect the Property: Treat our apartment and its contents with care. Any damage, parking card or missing items will be charged accordingly. 6. Kitchen Use: Feel free to use the kitchen, but please clean up after yourself. Dirty dishes should be placed in the dishwasher. 7. Garbage Disposal: Dispose of trash in the designated bins. 8. Pets: $40 fee to accommodate pets in the apartment. 9.
