It is important to note that the pool does not have a fence around it. This is not ideal for young children. Guests are encouraged to take appropriate safety precautions. This is a rural property, so wild animals, insects, and snakes are prevalent. We do not suggest letting kids or pets roam unattended.

Please be aware of a neighboring pump station that produces a subtle, consistent white noise akin to distant highway sounds. We aim to provide full transparency, ensuring your stay is a peaceful and enjoyable one.

Cameras: We have cameras on the exterior facing the driveway and pool of this home for video surveillance. There are NO inside cameras. Host may monitor external cameras at any time via a smartphone app, and cameras are not to be tampered with or covered.

Pets: We typically do not allow pets. If there is an extenuating circumstance, please contact host directly for exceptions. If an unreported pet is found to be staying in a property, you will be charged a fee of $250 and asked to leave without a refund.

House Rules: Guests are encouraged to read the house rules thoroughly. Booking request assumes acceptance of all house rules.

Hot Tub- no refunds given should hot tub not be in working order.

-Pre-arrival form & rental agreement: we do ask for a copy of your ID as part of our guest screening process after the reservation is confirmed. You will also be asked to sign a rental agreement.

- When you stay with HOSTÎE Vacation Rentals, you are covered for any accidents that might happen up to $5000 with the added fee of $44 in your total. Coverage details are spelled out in your rental agreement. This is applied to directing bookings & VRBO bookings (this does not apply to Airbnb bookings).
Host is always available to answer questions during your stay, should there be any issues!
Guests will enjoy complete privacy with full access to the entire fenced in property, including the private pool. There are no additional dwelling units on site.
