Warm and welcoming, this one bedroom apartment is the perfect place to call home on your upcoming vacation to Dubai. Warm finishes, decorated in neutral shades throughout, wooden furnishings and a large balcony, it is a tranquil home where you can relax and unwind.

The spacious open plan kitchen is fully equipped with everything you will need to cook up a feast which you can enjoy at the wooden dining table set for four. The living room has a plush, brown sofa that is positioned perfectly in front of the big screen TV and also pulls out into a sofa bed if you need one more space to sleep.

Step out onto the large balcony and admire the stunning community streets and more. The bedroom feels cosy and inviting thanks to the warm accents of the oversized bed headboard, which is also fitted with Key Views signature linen which is so soft and you will have a hard time getting up in the morning.

The en-suite bathroom features stunning grey and white finishes. The bathrooms has Key Views fluffy towels and luxurious hotel grade amenities which will leave you smelling great all day.

The apartment does not benefit from daily housekeeping, however additional cleaning can be arranged for a fixed fee with 24 hours notice upon request. It is a self contained apartment, we provide you with a starter pack of toiletries, please note consumables such as cooking condiments, cleaning products, additional toiletries are not provided. There is high speed WiFi throughout the apartment with average speeds of 250mbps.

House rules include respecting the neighbours, furniture and no Parties whatsoever. Smoking allowed only on the outside terrace. Adherence to Dubai laws and regulations at all times.

This apartment is fully licensed with Dubai's Department of Tourism and Commerce Marketing (DTCM).

Please note the included cleaning fee is for the apartment to be cleaned after your stay. If you require additional cleaning during your stay, this can be arranged for an additional fee.

We require copies of all guests passports who are staying in the property (we require this in order to register your stay with Dubai Tourism (DTCM) and the building management).

A valid visa is also required as per the law of the UAE to stay in Dubai, if your visa is not valid then you will not be able to check in to your apartment.
The refundable security deposit is 1,500 AED. (This does not apply to Airbnb and VRBO reservations)

The Deposit will be collected up to 72 hours before the check-in date. The deposit will be refunded 7-14 days after checkout, subject to a damage inspection of the property.
