Located in Dubai Marina, this one-bedroom apartment is ideal for business and leisure travelers alike who are looking for a home-away-from-home during their visit in Dubai. Furnished and fully equipped with modern amenities; you’ll see that the open-room layout brings in a lot of natural light that is perfect for those days you wanna stay in and chill on our comfy sofas in front of the television.

The kitchen is fully stocked with all the essentials needed to cook a meal or heat up left-overs. While the bedroom features hotel-quality linens for you to rest in after a long day. The bathroom features the basics of a toilet, shower, mirror and sink -- towels are also provided for your use.

Guests have access to the entire property and facilities including gym, swimming pool, and designated parking-space

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home so please take good care of it as if it was your own.

The apartment building is in a great location for business travellers, families and holiday goers. Right by the Dubai Marina, you can find plenty of things to do in the area itself. You could also head over the Dubai Marina mall, only 10 minutes by car, for grocery and leisurely shopping. Marina Beach and Skydive Dubai are all in the vicinity. There are also plenty of restaurants minutes away from the home.

Traveling to and from the property can be done easily by car, taxi or through Uber. However public transport is available such as the 11 bus which stops at Dubai Marina Mall.

This is a self-check-in property, and you'll need to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You may check in at our standard check-in time (4 PM onwards).

Due to local laws, we need a copy of your passport before arrival. I will have to upload this passport copy to Dubai Tourism Department to register you as a guest. This apartment is fully legal and reported on Holiday Homes. Please note that as per Dubai Tourism and Commerce Marketing (DTCM), a guest will be charged a Tourism Dirham Fee of AED 10 per night.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum AED 1800 smoking fee.

Checkout time & Penalty: The checkout time is strictly 11 AM. Any checkout later than 11 AM without 48-hour notice will be a penalty of AED 500. We need more time to prepare our home for the next guest and want to ensure we deliver our home in the best quality and on time. We hope you can be considerate of this, respect the checkout time and remain fair to the next guests.
