The kitchen includes appliances, essential cookware, and cutleries to fulfil your culinary requirements. Plus, there is a washer available for your laundry needs.

There are 2 bedrooms and a maid's bedroom. The first bedroom has a king-size (180x200) bed, and the second has a bunk bed (90x200 and 120x200), perfect for 2 adults. While the maid's bedroom has a comfortable single bed (90x200). All beds come with complimentary hotel-quality linens.

The 3.5 bathrooms have all the amenities you will need to freshen up, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries for your convenience.

The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

Shoreline Apartments are located towards the eastern end of the Trunk of Palm Jumeirah. Palm Jumeirah sits on the Arabian Gulf with a wonderful view of the coastline of Dubai and the iconic sail-shaped hotel, Burj Al Arab. The community is located near Knowledge Village, Dubai Internet City, and Dubai Marina.

Discover restaurants within a 5-10 minute walk in the Golden Mile area, including Peaches and Cream on Shoreline 2. Explore more dining options at Nakheel Mall.

Across the street in Golden Mile, find a grocery/supermarket named All Day Restaurant.

This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. You may check in at our standard check-in time (4 PM onwards).

Due to local laws, we need a copy of your passport before arrival. I must upload this copy of your passport to the Dubai Tourism Department to register you as a guest. This apartment is fully legal and reported on Holiday Homes. As per Dubai Tourism and Commerce Marketing (DTCM), guests will be charged a Tourism Dirham Fee of AED 30 per night.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum AED 1800 smoking fee.

Checkout time & Penalty: The checkout time is strictly 11 AM. Any checkout later than 11 AM without 48-hour notice will be a penalty of AED 500. We need more time to prepare our home for the next guest and want to ensure we deliver our home in the best quality and on time. We hope you can be considerate of this, respect the checkout time and remain fair to the next guests.
