You'll be a two-mile drive or bike ride from the charming historic village of Hyde Park and only 16 miles from the slopes and sledding/tubing hills at Bogus Basin. Besides world-class winter sports, Idaho is a haven for all sorts of outdoor activities, including rock climbing, mountain biking, and riverfront recreation. Four great golf courses - Quail Hollow, Shadow Valley, Eagle Hills, and Warm Springs - are located within easy reach of the home. Downtown Boise, with its iconic State Capitol and eclectic mix of shops, bars, parks, and museums, is less than four miles from your front door. Throughout the year, you can find many fairs, festivals, and farmers' markets in and around town. The Hyde Park Street Festival is typically held each September.

Enjoy the ambiance of the lighting from the hanging dome lights. The well-equipped, high-end kitchen has everything you need to make and eat wonderful meals with black stainless-steel appliances including a gas range, oven, refrigerator and freezer, microwave, dishwasher, and hardwood flooring throughout. Handy extras include a KitchenAid stand mixer, an InstaPot, a Cuisinart waffle iron, a Crock-pot, a Keurig coffee maker, a French press, an immersion blender, and an air fryer/toaster oven.

If you need a quiet work-from-home space, take a seat in the private office on the main floor outside of the dining area.

On the lower level, you'll enjoy another living room with a sectional, a smart TV, a large desk with an office chair and lamp, and a Peloton bike.

Each bedroom features luxury linens on the beds that you will melt in. The luxury does not stop there, enjoy plush towels after you take a steaming hot shower in the spacious floor-to-ceiling tiled master shower or soak in the soaking tub.

The main-level primary bedroom includes a full-length mirror, nightstands, and sleek modern lamps on both sides of the bed as well as cellphone charging stations. Enjoy your favorite show before bed on the smart TV at the foot of the bed atop a 6-drawer dresser to store your clothing. The private en suite bathroom features a double sink vanity, a walk-in, floor-to-ceiling tiled shower, and a soaking tub.

Out back, you can enjoy outdoor living and alfresco dining on the patio or play a pick-up game of basketball.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
