- This apt is located in a luxury complex - we have strict quiet-hours between 10pm-8am. To ensure our guests follow this policy, we have equipped this unit with Minut decibel detectors. Minut is 100% compliant and cannot differentiate sounds.

Community:
- Most residents live full-time. We kindly ask all guests respect our neighbors by carefully abiding the noise policy. Excessive noise, loud music, and large groups are prohibited at all times.

No smoking:
- Smoking, including electronic cigarettes, is strictly prohibited in the unit and on the premises. Smoking will incur a fine of $500 plus cost of deodorizing the unit.

Early check-in/late check-out:
- Due to extended cleaning and sanitizing process, we are typically not ready before check-in time. If you require early access or a late check-out, please reach out and let us know so we can check our availability.
