Unit 401 can comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests. The master bedroom boasts a king-sized bed, offering a peaceful oceanfront view to wake up to each morning. The second bedroom provides two full-size beds, catering to both children and couples. The property also includes a modern, well-equipped bathroom, ensuring a refreshing start and end to your day. Breathtaking Views! Amazing Stay

My friends and I can't say enough good things about this rental. This unit is oceanfront as shown on the listing where the view is breathtaking and you can hear the relaxing waves throughout your stay. The beach is steps away. Amenities are complete, property is conveniently located and close to a grocery store, food trucks and restaurants. The communication with the my perfect stay team is excellent. The only recommendation we would make is to have luggage carts available for vacationers as it is more challenging to haul your groceries from the parking lot to your room.

GREAT location/GREAT amenities, and a family friendly resort. We especially enjoyed the newly renovated kids pool…hours of fun. Grocery store across the street was bonus. Corner room with Garden/Pool/Ocean view and wraparound lanai was outstanding. Floor plan was comfortable and perfect for our party of 6 (4 Adults/2 Children). Kaanapali Shores is an excellent value and had everything we needed for the week. Unit could use a cosmetic update on furniture, and desperately needs new screens, but other than that, if you are looking a clean/comfortable/convenient property…this is a winner.

Great location and plenty of room!

This property has an ocean view from each room. The kitchen is stocked if you want to stay in and cook. I loved that I could send the kids down to the pool and see them from our balcony. This is an older property, but it is kept up well. Would definitely stay here again.

Great Stay

Had an awesome time! We would stay there again. The room is far from the elevator, but worth the walk because the view is worth the walk. The place had everything we needed. The master was really comfortable. This unit could probably use a little updating at some point but we loved it.

Beautiful unit, serene environment, nicely situated

The unit itself is clean, spacious, and is as depicted in the listing. The lanai overlooks the ocean, and the ocean can also be seen (and heard 😊) from both bedrooms. The mattresses, bedding, and towels were of good quality. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals. The resort's pools and landscaping are well maintained, and the towel service easy to use. Having a bar and restaurant near the pools is convenient. Papi Ohana's is a delicious and renowned bakery just a short walk from the resort where cinnamon rolls and scones can be picked up for breakfast or pizza ordered for later in the day. You can pick up items at an ABC store close to the bakery, and across the street is a grocery store, several restaurants, and a new bar. Others have made comments about parking and the long walk to get to the unit. The best parking is to drive through the garage to the other side, park near the building, and walk in through the delivery entrance (which was always open). This way takes you straight to the elevators, and the unit is a just short walk down the hallway. A beautiful property, peaceful setting, with plenty of nearby services.

Amazing Condo at a Great Family Resort

My family and I have stayed at the Kaanapali Shores many times over the years. This was by far the nicest condo unit in the complex we have stayed in. The 01 series of units have a beautiful view of the resort and ocean. The lanai is also 3 times the size of all the other units in the resort which was great for my family of 5. We spent many nights watching the sunset from the lanai. Maui Life Reality was great with their communication to us. Provided us a door code days in advance of our reservation and even allowed me to purchase a late checkout of 4pm the day we were leaving. When you have an 8pm redeye flight home that is a nice bonus to be able to check out late afternoon for only 25% of the daily fee. Kaanapali Shores is also great to stay at becasue it is never over crowded like other resorts. This is becasue only some of the rooms are rented out as VRBOs or hotel rooms. The rest are privately owned with seasonal occupancy by the residents. Highly recommend and we will definitely be back!!!!

Pros Truly oceanfront large wraparound patio Block out drapes for hot afternoon sun Air conditioning worked great Beds comfy Pool are close to our elevator. Cons Maui life realty just started managing this unit. Still needs some housekeeping items which I am sure they will take care of. Unit is as far from elevator as possible. Needed a wagon to move groceries from car to unit. Private unit so unable to use hotel bellman or luggage dolly. I would definitely stay there again

perfect location!

This location could not be more perfect--it is right on the ocean!! That was our number one "must have" and it did not disappoint. The unit was a little far from the elevator, it's actually at the very end of the hall, but was great for us--you don't have all the hallway and elevator noise. The unit could use a little updating, but that didn't bother us. I saw that another review stated that there was no beach umbrella or coffee filters, but they have taken care of that, because they were both there for us. There were some beach toys, two beach chairs, the umbrella, a cooler bag and lots of beach towels. Did I mention the ocean view?! The pictures are accurate and still don't do it justice. When we were in the unit, 90% of that time was spent on that balcony!

You won’t be disappointed! Gorgeous views from anywhere in the condo

I searched long and hard for the perfect place to stay in Maui and I am happy to say I picked the perfect place! There were 4 ladies in our group and we had plenty of room for us and more. The condo is beautiful and every room has awesome views of the ocean. We ate several meals on the lanai and watched the sunrise and sunsets each day from there. The kitchen is well equipped and we cooked several meals in. We parked on the 3rd floor of the parking deck and walked right down the hallway to the condo. The property manager contacted me several times to ensure there were no issues (and even found out he has ties to NC - close to where we are from). I also got daily texts from the on-site concierge and they were always quick to respond if we had questions. There is a grocery store across the street and Food trucks set up beside the resort. If we ever go back to Maui we will definitely stay here again!

Beautiful View of the Ocean

The condo that we stayed in had a beautiful view of the ocean. However, we were disappointed with the actual condo for the following reasons: 1) We love to cook and grill when in Hawaii, however, the kitchen was lacking in all areas. We had to ask the manager for plates and bowls. There were only 4 plates when we arrived. 2) We love to grill when we're in Hawaii. We were told that the grill was by the pool. Unfortunately, the grill is located by the tennis courts which was a long walk from our condo. Luckily, our friends had a wagon to pull all of the food over to the bbq, otherwise, it could have been a disaster since it was raining. 3) We were told that the 2 beds in the 2nd bedroom could be made into a king. When we arrived, we found out that the beds were actually full size and could not be made into a king. 4) The condo is really far from parking. When we arrived, we had to carry $600 of our Costco food purchase a long haul from the car. Luckily, our friends next to our condo lent us the wagon that was in their condo and we were able to use that to reduce our walking back and forth. 5) There was zero cleaning supplies in the condo. We had a crawling baby with us and our stay was 9 days long. After a few days in the condo, I wanted to vacuum and clean the glass table tops. There were no cleaning supplies anywhere. I ended up borrowing some cleaning supplies from the condo next to ours. To finalize, the view and balcony was great!

Unparalleled view

This was such a memorable, positive stay for our family. As soon as we entered the space, we fell in love with the extremely clean spaciousness, the lanai, and the never-ending sound of the ocean. This was more than enough room for our party of four. There was plenty of space on the lanai for our family to sit and have breakfast on the little table, dry our beach towels and swimsuits, and enjoy the sunset every night. We also liked that the toilet and shower in each bathroom were in a separate room from the sink. It was very convenient to have the washer and dryer in the unit with a few Tide pods provided. However, they only provide starter shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in each of the bathrooms, so if you are staying longer than a couple of days, you should consider bringing your own or plan to buy some locally. While the wifi worked fine inside, it stopped working on the lanai. The rental provided two beach chairs, two pool noodles, and a cooler. Unfortunately, there was no beach umbrella but they did bring one over two days after we asked. We tried making coffee in the kitchen but though they provided a coffee maker and coffee, there were no filters. Also, we needed to pay $9.95 per day for parking to the resort at check in. Still, the vicinity of the resort was great. We enjoyed using the hot tub and two pools, though we didn’t have as much luck on the beach as it was very rocky. Unless you bring water shoes and are okay with a few scrapes, I’d recommend staying out of the water and just enjoying the walk along the beach past neighboring resorts. I highly recommend going to downtown Lahaina, about a 20-minute drive south with traffic, to check out the cute tourist shops and plethora of restaurants. We loved the ahi and tacos at Down the Hatch and Ululani’s Shave Ice is an absolute must for its unrivaled fresh fruit flavors. Parking is difficult but we managed to find street spots the two times we went. Overall, our stay was very comfortable and we’d recommend this place to others.

Wonderful Two Bedroom Condo with a fantastic Ocean View!

We were one of the first tenants under the new management of Maui Life Realty. This condo is located within the Aston Kaanapali Shores Resort, and is on the 4th floor in one of the corner units. Initially, the description stated 5 bedrooms, but it is two bedrooms, took two stars off d/t inaccuracy of description ( It was a good thing we did not show up with a larger group, only 3 of us stayed here). There is parking for a small charge which is paid to the resort. We had a few hiccups in the beginning of our stay, however, the management at Maui Life Realty (Scott and Thomas) were very responsive and accommodating, even on a weekend! Our large lanai had a spectacular view of the ocean and beach! It wrapped around the corner of the condo as in the pics, and every morning we had breakfast on the lanai and evenings had spectacular sunsets. We went to sleep every night with the sound of the ocean waves! The islands Molokai and Lanai are also viewable in the distance from the lanai. The master bedroom has a very comfortable King bed which opens out to the balcony, and the 2nd bedroom had two double beds. There is also a pull out couch in the living room sectional which has a queen bed. Central air conditioning is provided. There are two full bathrooms. Linen for the beds and towels were provided. Amenities were provided such as dishes, pots/pans, iron, blow dryer and some beach supplies. Beach towels are provided by the resort. There is a supermarket within walking distance and you can also use Instacart to have groceries delivered. There is also a Costco in Kahalui, approximately a 25 minute drive. There are many beaches nearby as well as a golf course. Shopping is available at Whalers Kaanapali Shopping center, a small drivable distance away and various eateries in the nearby resorts. The condo has a slightly older feel with the carpeting and sturdy island-themed furniture, but all is intact and very clean. The resort has one pool under construction, but there was another pool provided on the premises. There is also a small restaurant on the resort grounds. There is no daily housekeeping provided, which we did not mind, we were gone most days. We were a party of three who had ample room to stay in this condo. It was our home away from home, as we stayed here for 7 nights/ 8 days, and this condo will be one of our considerations when we visit again next year.

Amazing location

Absolutely beautiful spot, great amenities, wonderful property for kids all the way up to grandparents. Will hopefully be back!

Amazing view

With a 180 degree view of the ocean, Lanai and Molokai you can’t get a better location. The unit itself was just as advertised, no surprises.

Stunning view

We love this condo. It was perfect for our family of 6. They had the cutest welcome package with coffee and local treats, which was an awesome added touch. There were plenty of towels, toilet paper, dish soap etc. Having a washer and dryer in the unit was a must do we loved that. The view though is the one thing I can’t Say enough about - it was incredible. Even the kids were blown away!
