We loved this property. Right on the beach, two pools and a fabulous restaurant on-site. Also, the food truck park was right across the street. We had one problem and that was that the air conditioning was not working in the one bedroom, making it hard to sleep. They did give me back my resort fee for the 5 days we stayed. I'm sure it is something that will definitely get fixed. Would definitely stay at this property again.

Great place for a family vacation. Property has 2 great pools, beautiful grounds and a fantastic beach you can snorkel right from your hotel. Pools and hot tubs are open until 10. Washer and Dryer in room is terrific. You can rent snorkel gear, beach chairs life jackets anything you need from the little beach hut. You are near everything including a food truck spot, grocery store, restaurants and a boardwalk that goes all the way to whalers village and black rock. We had Safeway deliver groceries the day we got in and it was so nice to have snacks and breakfast available to Mae in the hotel room full kitchen. Rey from the bell hop team was amazing!

Very family friendly and right next to the beach! Perfect spot to relax and have a great vacation. Near anything you need like grocery store etc.

All rooms are ocean view. Rooms are completely outdated and got a weird format(masters in the back with no windows) only thing decent was the kitchen. All doors do not work well. pool was OKAY, main pool is 3-4 feet deep. Bar sucks and they don’t know how to make drinks, however breakfast is really good.

The property was outdated and lack of staff by the pool. We paid an extra $65 per day for a "cabana", basically a partially covered chair by the front pool. We had no choice if we wanted any sort of shade because there were no umbrellas at the pool. The back pool had covered loungers at no additional cost??

The beach was not very good. The A/C did not work correctly in our room and would not cool more than 74 degrees.

We had such a great time at this condo hotel! Amenities were fantastic. There were some stores on site and also a mini mart that had snacks, drinks, and other items. Great location, food truck park right outside the hotel with plenty of choices for dinner if you wanted to stay close and not drive anywhere. Staff were so gracious and helpful when we had questions about what to do in the area. Though it is an older property, it was very clean and grounds were well maintained. Our unit was also clean and had a full kitchen and washer/dryer combo. The big pool was wonderful and had plenty of space for all guests. The beach was steps away. Wonderful hotel!

Room we stayed in was dated. Old furniture and doors. Immediately outside our patio were cabana chairs guests could rent. Staff at on-site bar were nice. Lots of kids in the garden pool. Small hot tubs. This property is further north. A benefit less crowded than properties near the outdoor malls.

We were greeted by the front desk staff and they were extremely friendly. They treated us very well. Our stay was great and the views are fantastic.

I If you’re looking for a budget-friendly resort with larger rooms, this property might be a reasonable option. However, you should keep your expectations in line with the price. I stayed here for a last-minute overnight stay and unfortunately had several issues. • I called the front desk seven times requesting a fan because the air conditioning wasn’t working. I was eventually told the office was closed and that a fan could be delivered the following morning—which meant spending the night without A/C or even a fan. • The air conditioning did not work at all. • The shower only had hot water because the cold-water handle was broken. • I called the front desk about these issues, and they promised to find a solution, but no one ever called back or followed up. Overall, the resort felt outdated, poorly maintained, and below average in terms of cleanliness and overall atmosphere. While the lower price may be appealing, the lack of maintenance and customer service made for a disappointing stay.

We had a pleasant stays, the room can be updated but it was spacious, the host was great. We had a great time weaving with Mario, pool was huge and relaxing atmosphere.
