• Please contact the resort prior to arrival if you anticipate your arrival time would be later than midnight (resort local time). Arrivals after midnight may be subject to cancellation.

• At time of check-in, a valid government-issued photo identification is required and must match the guest name under which the reservation was made. A $200 USD security deposit is required at check in. The deposit must be made on a major credit card- cash and pre-paid debit cards are not accepted.

CANCELLATION POLICY: A non-refundable 20% pre-payment is due at the time of booking. Cancellations within 5 days of arrival are 100% non-refundable.
