Just a 3 minute walk from the beautiful white sugar sand, this exceptional vacation home offers a large open space with kitchen, dining and living room with sliders to the balcony overlooking the pool area. Each of the bedrooms has 2 twin beds which can either be made up as a king or 2 twins. Flatscreen TV's in every room, wireless internet and local phone round out the package. Just a short walk to Estero Blvd, with the beach beckoning, you can easily walk to lots of fantastic restaurants, shops and bars with live entertainment. A rental agreement that is required to be signed, will be emailed to you at the time of booking and needs to completed within 24 hours of the time of booking the reservation.
Dogs are permitted in most but not all properties so please inquire when booking. Some units have age, size and number of dog restrictions, never more than 2. There is a non-refundable pet fee based on the size.
You must be at least Twenty-Five Years old (25yrs.) and occupy the unit for the entire time of the reservation. We do not rent to groups of singles under 25. The maximum occupancy of people over the age of Three years old (3 yrs.) is listed on the website for each unit and is strictly enforced. We reserve the right to determine the number of children under Twenty-one (21) years of age that may be accompanied with a parent or guardian.
Contactless Check-in. A signed rental agreement is required at the time of booking to confirm the reservation. You will receive your lock code and check in instructions in your guest portal and by email 7 days prior to your arrival. Please call with any questions. Check-in time is after 4:00 p.m. Please notify everyone in your party.
