It is an excellent starting point for your excursions in the area. You enter a modern and comfortably furnished apartment with a size of 38 m². The living room has panoramic windows with a view of the garden, a seating and dining area, and a sofa bed as a possible extra bed. A modern fitted kitchen invites you to cook, the bedroom has a double bed, the bathroom is bright and has a shower and insect protection is available in all rooms. A sitting area in the garden with a beach chair or our Klöneck with its seating area invites you to linger, here you can end the day comfortably. There is free parking for one car on the property, and a locked room is available for bicycles and prams. In the bike room there is a guest fridge (machine) with a coin slot for drinks, wine, water, beer and soft drinks. The Baltic Sea resort of Nienhagen is located between Warnemünde (approx. 9 km) and Heiligendamm (approx. 2 km), Bad Doberan (approx. 6 km) and Kühlungsborn approx. 10 km) and. The Baltic Sea Cycle Route runs very close to the water and offers romantic views of the sea. The Baltic Sea resort awaits its guests with a beautiful sandy beach, which can be reached within a short walk, numerous restaurants and cafes, as well as a corner shop and a bakery. Nienhagen has very good connections to public transport.  The apartment is not only ideal for summer vacation. Also in spring and autumn it loads z.
