The main building in which the apartment is located, the Alte Seefahrtschule, was built between 1847 and 1849 and used as a house for navigation lessons. Until 1992, it was a school building for seafaring in several variations, lovingly restored in recent years. The stylish and modern apartment with a bedroom and a bathroom is located on the 3rd Upper floor and is accessible via an elevator. Start the day with a fantastic panoramic view of the Baltic Sea and the Saaler Bodden on the 9 m² balcony or in the apartment with the ten extraordinary high windows. You can reach the balcony from the living room. Here you can end the evening with a glass of wine in a cozy atmosphere over the starry sky. The balcony is furnished with a table, two chairs and two deck chairs, and the hall, equipped with a cloakroom, a sideboard and a full-length mirror, takes you to the large, light-flooded living and dining area. The living area is furnished with a sofa bed and two armchairs. The sofa bed offers you more design freedom when dividing the sleeping spaces. The modern living area is complemented by a comfortable seating group consisting of a dining table and four chairs. The hallway built-in cupboard and separate storage room offer additional storage options for suitcases and wardrobes. The apartment More Meeblick is a non-smoking and small animal-free vacation home. The bedroom is bright and friendly decorated in a yacht club style. In the bedroom there is a high quality box spring bed (180cm x 200cm), which invites you to dream, with bedside tables and night lamps, 32 inch flat screen TVs and a wardrobe. A safe in the closet is available for your valuables. A hi-fi system and a flat-screen TV (50 inches) provide media entertainment in the living area. Of course, free WiFi is available in all areas. The NOLTE fitted kitchen has built-in electrical appliances, such as an induction cooker, an oven, a dishwasher, a fridge with freezer and a microwave. The kitchen is perfectly equipped with numerous cooking accessories for a culinary evening with the family. The design floor covering installed throughout the living and sleeping area of the apartment has a simple and subtle effect, and radiators provide cozy warmth in all areas of the apartment. The bathroom is stylishly decorated with modern tiles in warm tones and has a walk-in shower, a large vanity with base cabinet and a towel radiator. The walk-in shower topped the already excellent accessibility of two water even further. The rental office is located in the main building. The apartment has its own underground parking space with enough space and the shortest way to the elevator. This can be booked for a fee. It is only a short walk to the in-house fitness and wellness area. This is also located in the main house and is available to you. In the fitness room with modern sports equipment, you have the opportunity to keep fit even on vacation. You can then relax in one of the two saunas with a sensory shower and in the relaxation room. The beach of the beautiful Baltic Sea is only 600 m away. There you can relax and enjoy long walks. A bicycle storage room is available for our cyclists directly at the house.
