The open and light-flooded living and dining area has a comfortable leather couch, a leather armchair, an LCD TV and a dining table for three people. Adjacent to it is the modern galley kitchen. Thanks to the induction hob, the separate oven at hand level, the fridge including freezer compartment and the dishwasher, the kitchenette is perfectly equipped for joint cooking activities. With a coffee machine, toaster and kettle, nothing stands in the way of a relaxed breakfast.[nbsp] [nbsp] The sleeping area with a comfortable double bed (180x200) is separated from the living room by a wall. In the separate room there is a desk and a single bed (90x200) for the third person. This room can be darkened with pleated blinds. The modern bathroom has a large walk-in shower and a large mirror. However, the balcony is available for smoking.
