These holiday apartments are framed by the Stubaier and Ötztaler Alps, on the idyllic Niederthal high plateau. The guesthouse with an adjoining farmhouse enjoys a lovely, sunny location, surrounded by plenty of space all around the house and farm, promising tranquillity and cosiness in the midst of the Ötztal mountain world.
There are three holiday apartments, each with around 60m² of living space for up to four people. The apartments have two bedrooms, a living room-kitchen with a kitchen area, and a bathroom with a shower and WC. All the apartments were newly refurbished in December 2013.
There are many leisure and sports options in the area: skiing, cross-country skiing, snow shoe hiking, climbing, jogging, Nordic walking or simply enjoying the nature. Both summer and winter have something to offer, for an unforgettable holiday, with clear mountain air, clean water and lots of adventures, framed by the impressive Ötztal mountain world.
The 60m² apartment has two bedrooms with double beds (180 x 200cm) and a bathroom with a shower and WC. The new and fully-equipped living room-kitchen with a four-ring stove, oven, dishwasher, fridge, coffee machine and kettle also has a dining table, a sofa and a flatscreen TV. Bed linen, crockery and hand towels are provided.
The accommodation also has a little balcony.
