It is located in Cala Santanyí and offers you the opportunity to enjoy all the charm of the Mediterranean Sea. Its breathtaking sea views from almost every angle of the house will make your stay unforgettable.

The house has a terrace, with the best views over the sea. There are 4 tastefully furnished bedrooms: two with a double bed, and 2 with two separately single beds, with their bathrooms, a kitchen, a dining room and a living room with a cozy fireplace. The outdoor area offers a great BBQ place, where you can enjoy your evenings with friends or family. It has a beautiful, large pool with nice views over the sea.

The house has the best location: walking distance to the beach of Cala Santanyí, but also to restaurants and a little supermarket.

The accommodation is equipped with the following items: garden, garden furniture, fenced garden, terrace, barbecue, iron, safe, internet (Wi-Fi), hair dryer, central heating, private swimming pool, open-air parking the same building, 1 TV, tv satellite (Languages: German). In the gas independent kitchen, refrigerator, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee machine, toaster and kettle are provided.

What is in the villa?
Bed linen and towels are provided for guests. In the kitchen, there is a small set of basic spices and oil. Detergent, dishwasher tabs, and 1-2 garbage bags are also stored. If an article is no longer available, this article needs to be bought by yourself. In the toilets, there is hand soap and 1-2 toilet paper rolls for arrival. Air conditioning is provided, but only in the bedrooms. If you need anything else for the basic equipment, please do not hesitate to contact us.

IMPORTANT!
The guest is obliged to take out damage insurance through the agency to cover risks up to 5.000€ on the object. According to government regulations, every guest staying in a holiday home in Mallorca is obliged to pay the local tourist tax. For some booking channels it is not charged. In this case, you will receive separate information about this payment. Also, be informed that the agency charges a refundable deposit.
