Makani Sands # 309 3μμ Ευρύχωρο 3μμ Townhouse στον ωκεανό

Το Makani Sands townhouse # 309 είναι ένα 3 υπνοδωματίων, 2 1/2 Bath condo στον 3ο και 4ο όροφο με 3 lanais και απίστευτη θέα στον ωκεανό των γειτονικών μας νησιών Molokai & Lanai. Αυτό το αρχοντικό τριών υπνοδωματίων, πρόσφατα ανακαινισμένο, είναι εξοπλισμένο με 4 καλωδιακές τηλεοράσεις, VCR / DVD / VCR & ένα στερεοφωνικό σύστημα Bose. Στον επάνω όροφο υπάρχει ένα βασιλικό κρεβάτι στο κυρίως υπνοδωμάτιο με ιδιωτικό μπάνιο και ένα queen-size κρεβάτι στο υπνοδωμάτιο με μπάνιο. Στο υπνοδωμάτιο στο ισόγειο υπάρχουν δύο μονά κρεβάτια. Υπάρχει επίσης ένας καναπές-κρεβάτι στο σαλόνι για επιπλέον επισκέπτες. Υπάρχει μια πρόσφατα ανακαινισμένη, εντελώς μοντέρνα κουζίνα στον κάτω όροφο με όλες τις απαραίτητες συσκευές. Αφήστε τα κύματα να σας κάνουν να κοιμηθείτε με δύο μπροστινούς ωκεανούς. Υπάρχει μια 3η λάνι στο Mt. πλευρά. Our friends and family trip from Arizona has been unforgettable. Whales and turtles from the lanai, amazing snorkeling spots within 15 minutes driving, great food spots that are within walking distance. Great visit to Makani Sands

The property was exactly as advertised. It is right on the water and has a nice swimming area directly in front of the condo. The property manager (Tammy) was great to work with and everything in the common areas was impeccably maintained.

Magnificent place to stay

I'm telling you, you won't regret staying in this condo, no need to go look for a beach for swim, Times Supermarket, ABC store, cafe and restaurant is right at the corner, very convinient! Perfect unit for family reunion

They even provide you a handbag for you to carry beach towels. And you can go into the beach and ocean directly from the building, not acrossing a street or walk long.

Vacation with family for my 60th birthday

The best part was the neighborhood green sea turtles that visited daily. There were some pesky termites, but only showed up once or twice during our stay. Super soft towels and clean house made the welcome to the island very warm. Tammy went above and beyond for us and we would certainly come back! Thank you.

We were worried that there wasn’t going to be a beach in front of the condo, but where pleasantly surprised to see the clear blue water, turtles, and SAND. The condo was perfect for a family of 6. The rooms were spacious and clean. There was always a nice breeze which made it ok without the air conditioning. We would love to stay again.

Reviewer Comments: VRBO shows 2 twin, 1 queen and 1 king and it has 2 queen and 1 king, Unit is dated and dish washer controls all worn off so you do not know what you are selecting on the washer. TVs are not user friendly at all.

Great Location. Friendly staff and neighbours

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall room was ok. Dated, humid and a bit smelly (likely due to carpeting combined with no conditioning). That said, price for a three bedroom was reasonable. With no air conditioning you had to leave windows open and it’s pretty noisy with the waves so close to the ocean. Outside pool area was well maintained. Back area by water - only one BBQ worked, but we made do. There were some cockroaches in the first day, but management sprayed and I think we only saw one more after that. Again, location is great with lots of restaurants, beaches and shops close by.Would I stay there again. Yes - but only with air conditioning and a few upgrades. (It was my fault that I didn’t realize there was no air conditioning until after we arrived.)

Being able to snorkel steps outside our door was an incredible experience. The property was clean and spacious for our party. Christmas Get-away

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo is very clean and perfect for larger families. The location is great as well (close proximity to shopping and quick dining options)! The lack of A/C was really tough and onsite parking is only for one car. We had to park one of our vehicles several miles up the road on our first night but thankfully the property manager for the condos next door was gracious enough to let us park one of our vehicles on his property after that. This property is right on the ocean but recent construction has left no beach so we really couldn't get in the water but did enjoy watching the sea turtles swimming around as we sat on the balcony. The property management was on holiday during our stay so we had no interaction with them - except for a 30 second interaction to let them know we were leaving when we checked out.

Everything is clean inside and out and both times the staff were very friendly. It’s way better than a hotel in terms of atmosphere and convenience. Parking is easy and there are plenty of restaurants nearby to choose from. We’ll be back.

The small kitchen is missing several expected items. There is no ocean access (although there should be) so that was disappointing. More than one (broken) beach chair would have been nice.
