Beautiful vacation home with fantastic sea views in a unique location on the outskirts of the charming village of Allinge.

The cottage has two floors and appears bright and modern. The heart of domestic life is the combined living and dining room on the first floor. Here there is a dining area, TV and a large open kitchen. Comfortable underfloor heating provides a pleasant, cozy indoor climate. There is also a nice bedroom with two single beds and sea view on the first floor, as well as two bathrooms with underfloor heating, one of them with a bathtub. On the second floor there are three bedrooms, one with a sea view and the other with a view of the green surroundings. In the utility room you will find a washing machine and dryer.

In front of the house there is a nice terrace with outdoor furniture and barbecue. The terrace perfectly suitable to enjoy your coffee in the morning or a glass of wine in the evening. There is also a beautiful garden with plenty of space for children to play.

The house is located on a quiet street, only 900 meters from the beautiful sandy beach of Næs and beautiful cliffs. The location makes the house a great base for many beach walks and discoveries along the cliffs, from which you can admire enchanting sunsets. The house is within walking distance of shopping, restaurants, etc. You will also stay close to several popular destinations on Bornholm, including Jon's Kapel, the ruins of Hammershus Castle, the Bornholm Art Museum or the charming village of Gudhjem.
