Villa Anglesos is a detached holiday home in a central but quiet location in Can Picafort with 4 large bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, 2 of which are en suite. The house, property and pool are of course available for your sole use. There is also a fully equipped kitchen with a dining table and a cozy living room with German satellite TV and another bright dining area.
The accommodation
The holiday home is stocked with all types of towels, for the kitchen, the bathrooms and also for the pool/beach. A cot and high chair can be provided free of charge upon request.The house also has air conditioning and heating. On the covered 120 sqm terrace there is a portable grill for preparing delicious grilled dishes and an additional dining table. The 7 x 4 sqm pool is ideal for swimming and the sun loungers available are ideal for relaxing. Whether peace and relaxation at home or on the nearby beach, lively cafés, bars and restaurants - a wide range of options are guaranteed in this lively and popular holiday resort.
There is no additional charge for electricity in the months of March, April and May. In the remaining months, electricity is charged at €15.00 per day, payable in cash upon arrival.

The main tenant must be at least 25 years old.
The holiday accommodation booked is intended exclusively for holiday use. It is absolutely forbidden to hold loud parties or other activities that may violate the law or disturb neighbors. Failure to comply with this rule may result in fines for guests ranging from €5,000.00 to €300,000.00 (for professionally organized events).

It is €2.00 per night per person for the first 8 nights, and €1.00 thereafter. (plus 10% VAT)
