Look forward to this beautiful apartment, the highlight of which is its proximity to the sea and sandy beaches.

It is pleasantly furnished has its own terrace, so you will have comfort and your privacy for sure. You can easily reach the beaches on foot the garden. The apartment is the most comfortable of the house and consists of two units, one consisting of kitchen and living room, bedroom and bathroom. A few stairs separate you from the other part, which is a studio apartment with a small kitchen and separate bathroom. The property is shared and fenced.

Discover the unspoiled nature of this area, the clear sea and enjoy long walks along numerous beaches and bays. Visit Lokvi??a bay with its healing mud and archaeological sites from ancient times. Visit the Church of St. James and enjoy the rich gastronomic offer in the area, as well as many sports opportunities such as water skiing. In the evening, the neighboring town of Crikvenica offers an evening stroll along the beautiful promenade, or a visit to one of the many restaurants.
