The accommodation is located in Niedersfeld, a cozy village in Germany. The ideal starting point for walks, bike rides and winter sports in the area. In the nearby village center you can get your daily necessities or have a drink in one of the cafes and have a nice dinner together in one of the restaurants.

In winter it is of course a paradise, you can go to the ski area Eschenberg or Rodelparadies Ruhrquelle. There is also plenty to do in the summer. You can swim, waterski, surf and do much more in Hillebachsee.

The apartment is on the first floor and has a balcony with a view over Niedersfeld. The living room has a sitting area with two sofas, a chair, a coffee table and smart television. During your stay you can use the WiFi. The closed kitchen is fully equipped such as a 4-burner stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer, Nespresso coffee maker, kettle and toaster.
The bedroom is furnished with a double box spring (160x200 cm), two bedside tables and a wardrobe. For the smallest guests there is a baby cot (60x120 cm) and a high chair available. The bathroom has a spacious shower with glass wall, a toilet and a sink with mirror cabinet. There is also a washing machine and tumble dryer. The apartment has a parking space for one car.
 

The bobsleigh run in Winterberg is 9 km from Niedersfeld. The Kahler Asten is located 12 km from the apartment. The Winterberg ski lift is 8 km away. Niedersfeld is very popular for travelers who are intersted in mountain hiking, landscapes and hiking. Shops: The center of Winterberg can be reached in 10 minutes by car. In front of the house there is a bus stop, which you can easily use to drive to Niedersfeld local center. Other shops are 5 minutes walk away.
