Family-friendly and well-equipped holiday apartment in a quiet location next to the EuroParcs Rosental holiday resort - whose wide range of leisure facilities can be used free of charge/reduced (see details below). An extensive entertainment program is offered - with fast internet and free audio & video streaming on the TV.

In the fenced private garden with a mostly covered south-facing terrace, comfortable garden furniture and a garden shed, there are sun loungers including a parasol and a charcoal grill. The sun loungers are portable and you are welcome to take them to the heated swimming pool and natural bathing pond. The garden or the garden house also serve as a storage space for bicycles, ski equipment, etc.

Most of the outdoor activities at EuroParcs Rosental can be used free of charge. These are e.g. a heated natural bathing pond and outdoor swimming pool with separate children's areas, mini golf, beach volleyball, tennis courts, children's playgrounds, boat harbor and much more.

In addition, our guests can take part in many indoor activities at a greatly reduced price (-33%), such as wellness & massages, fitness center (without course), indoor playground and climbing hall. Depending on the seasonal offer of the EuroParcs Rosental, there is also the opportunity to go diving and horseback riding or to take part in guided hikes or bike tours - modern bicycles including children's equipment can be hired at the reception for a fee.
